We found that Shelburne is full of these gems and you will always be greeted with a friendly face and a smile wherever you go.
The popular Hockley Valley Resort is a short 20 minute drive away and serves as the perfect getaway not too far from home. Visitors can enjoy a round of golf in the summer and skiing or snowboarding in the winter all in a beautiful location far from any noise interruptions. Accompanied with a blend of modern finishes and rustic cabin style, the ambiance alone at Hockley Valley will have you feeling refreshed.

Varley - Fall Construction Update
Varley condos is nearing completion as we expect the first occupancy to take place in Spring 2018. The building enclosure was completed in early fall and the hoarding has now been removed. We are pleased to announce that interior finishing is underway and permanent power is slated for Mid-November. The Landscaping of the interior courtyard is also underway and streetscaping is scheduled to begin November 2017.
As the construction team prepares for it's final phases, we are proud to announce that this project has limited suites available for sale at 95% sold. Located in the beautiful community of Unionville, this community will have every convenience within walking distance. The beautiful trails and quaint shops around Main Street Unionville are just a few of the perks of this location!
Stanley Fall Construction Update
The summer was good to our team at Stanley as great progress has been made thus far. The crane was erected in mid August and shoring was completed as of September 2017. Forming began in late September 2017 and excavation was fully completed by October 2017.
Currently, the slab on grade is 50% complete and our team will be pouring the first portion of the P4 level this month! Our team's target is to fully complete the underground structure by early 2018. This highly anticipated project is 90% sold and located in the heart of downtown with the convenience of transit, shopping, and entertainment within walking distance!
Stanley – Construction Update Summer 2017
This highly anticipated condominium building is well underway.

Excavation and tie backs are in progress and currently completed up to parking level 3 of 5.
