UC Tower – Now Under Construction!

Construction is now underway at UC Tower in North Oshawa!
UC Tower is a new 25 storey condominium on Simcoe Street North, just south of the new Highway 407 extension. It is just steps away from Durham College Oshawa Campus, Ontario Tech University, and the new Riocan Shopping Centre (coming soon).

We have completed the first pour of the 6th floor slab, and anticipate precast, windows and structural stud to start before the end of the year.
